- Italian Chicken
Although it requires some time to cook, it is a very easily prepared meal that comes across as being fancy and delicious. Serves 6.
Ingredients:
6 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
One bottle Italian- Style Dressing
Directions:
- Cut Chicken Breasts in half
- Pour dressing in a bag, put breasts in, marinate in the fridge for an hour- to overnight
- Set the oven to 350 degrees
- Remove chicken, throw out bag with remaining dressing, and put on a baking dish
- Bake for 1 hour until cooked completely through
- Apple Pie Bites
One of the easiest snack I have every made. With a prep time of 5 minutes and a cook time for 10, it is great for and afternoon snack or a last-minute party. Serves 16.
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Apple Pie Filling
2 Crescent Roll Packages
Cinnamon
Sugar
4 Tablespoons of butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375
- Take out two cookie pans
- Roll out the crescent rolls on the pan
- Brush melted butter on the rolls
- Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle on rolls
- Distribute apple pie filling evenly on each roll
- Roll up
- Bake for 8 minutes, until golden brown
- Dump Cake
Otherwise known as an Upside-Down Cake, this cake flips everything. Fruit on the bottom with cake on the top, it is a quick and easy dessert that anyone could make. Serves 12.
Ingredients:
Can of Crushed Pineapple
Can of Cherries
Box of Plain Cake Mix
2-3 Table spoons of butter, melted
Directions:
- Spread crushed pineapple in a 9×13 inch pan using a flat spatula
- Spread drained cherries over it
- Sprinkle ½ box of plain cake mix over the fruits
- Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons over the cake mix
- Put your own topping (nuts, sprinkles, ext.)
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350
- Bacon and Cheese
Wonderfully quick, easy, and tasty appetizer. Baked with everyone’s favorite ingredients: Cheese, butter, and bacon. Serves 24.
Ingredients
No-Stick cooking spray
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon water
1 cup pancake mix (just add water type)
1/3 cup of bacon, crumbled
1.2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Stir water and sour cream together
- Add in cheese, bacon, and the pancake mix
- Stir just until moistened
- Create 24 little balls and put on cookie sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Brush with melted butter
